What’s it like to be in Flickr Commons?

George did an online presentation for the Society of American Archivists: Archivists of Religious Collections Section in Feburary 2023 about the Flickr Commons program. We were invited by Flickr Commons member, Mary Grace Costa, who’s the archivist at The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Canada Archives, and has been active and really helpful at our Commons Connect monthly calls.

We hope to expand the Flickr Commons program soon, and especially to invite small cultural organizations to join, since we think Flickr is a great way to get your collections online to a big audience quickly and easily. And for free! (If you’re a Commons member.)
